Return / Refund Policy (Applicable for Domestic Orders Only)
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Eligible for Refund If:
- Product received is damaged or defective.
- Wrong product/style/size has been delivered.
Refund Terms:
- Refund request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
- Products purchased online cannot be returned in physical stores.
- Refund process may take 10–15 business days after approval.
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Pinakii reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refund.
- Return courier charges will be borne by Pinakii.
