Return / Refund Policy (Applicable for Domestic Orders Only)

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Eligible for Refund If:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.
  • Wrong product/style/size has been delivered.

Refund Terms:

  • Refund request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  • Products purchased online cannot be returned in physical stores.
  • Refund process may take 10–15 business days after approval.
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Pinakii reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refund.
  • Return courier charges will be borne by Pinakii.
